DEVIN MCCLENDON JOINS XMi COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Nashville, Tenn. – Devin McClendon of Brentwood, Tenn. has joined XMi Commercial Real Estate as an affiliate broker.

In addition to providing brokerage services, Mr. McClendon will also focus on real estate development projects within Middle Tennessee as well as direct the company’s marketing efforts.

XMi Commercial Real Estate (www.xmicommercial.com), a division of XMi (XMi Holdings), is a privately-held commercial real estate company based in Nashville, Tennessee. The commercial real estate firm specializes in commercial brokerage, property management, leasing and development services within the Middle Tennessee Region.

Mr. McClendon comes to XMi Commercial Real Estate with more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in aggressive growth organizations. Most recently, he served as general manager of Alfred Williams & Company and senior vice president of Client Strategy for SmartDM (currently Acxiom Direct).

An active member of the community, Mr. McClendon currently serves as president of the Middle Tennessee State University’s National Alumni Association and is a member of the Leadership Brentwood Steering Committee. He is a past member of the Middle Tennessee State University Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

XMi Commercial Real Estate currently manages approximately 1 million square feet of commercial property in and around Nashville, and has completed over $35 million in sales transactions since the real estate company’s establishment in 2006. Additionally, XMi has managed and leased over 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in and around the Nashville area.
