TERRY APPLEGATE PROMOTED TO PRESIDENT OF XMi ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Nashville, Tenn. - Terry Applegate of XMi Association Management, a professional outsourcing management company, has been promoted to president. She previously served as its chief operating officer for the past two years.

Ms. Applegate of Brentwood has over 25 years of experience in operations management and executive leadership, specializing in not-for-profits and membership organizations. She further excels in financial and property management as well as program and services development.

Prior to joining XMi Association Management, Ms. Applegate served as executive director for numerous YMCA facilities across the country. Her most recent role was serving as associate executive director and operations director of YMCA of Middle Tennessee for five years. During that time, she was instrumental in facilitating the $3.5 million renovation, serving as primary liaison for all construction, interior design and program transition.
