XMi Purchasing Partner’s Cost Containment Group consults with organizations in diverse industries to identify inefficiencies and generate current and future savings. This group identifies ways to generate current and future savings and specializes in, but is not limited to, the following areas of expertise: Insurance, Telecommunications, Freight, Waste & Recycling, Water & Sewer, Gas, and Electric. Audit & Cost Containment Services assist organizations in reducing their most significant facility operating expenses. Serving diverse industries, we specialize in, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Compensation for our Audit & Cost Containment Services is based on the savings delivered to our member organizations. If we cannot show a reduction in your operating expenses, then we do not get paid.
First, an Expense Assessment is done where no fees are paid during that analysis period. We work with your purchasing and/or accounting department(s) to identify where the opportunities exist for savings.

Once the analysis is completed, the organization is then presented a strategy plan for cost containment that includes options. Once a plan of action is determined with potential savings identified, then the organization will determine if they would like to do business with XMi Purchasing Partners and have us implement your new Cost Containment Program. We would manage all aspects of the project, from data collection to new strategy implementation .
